powerHull is a Windows compatible desktop application to perform resistance and power requrements prediction. Offering six regression and two semi-empirical “prismatic” resistance prediction methods, powerHull calculates resistance data including air-drag and appendage resistance for hard chine, planing and semi-displacement hulls. Results can be obdained in seconds with minimal computational requirements and straight forward input.
